The Potts Prickly Pear lives in northern or southeastern Arizona. Typically in high desert scrub and pinyon/juniper forest areas or in oak woodland forests. They have white spines and yellow flowers that generally bloom in May and June. Read about other Prickly Pear cactus here: CACTI (part 2)
