Here are a couple photos of the many White-Crowned Sparrows I saw at Sedona Wetlands in January. This is a great place for walking and looking at birds in northern Arizona.
Here is a flower to brighten your winter day! This is a North American aster, the species is called Aster Amelius. They are star shaped lilac wild flowers with dark green leaves, which bloom from July to October. This one was in northern Arizona this past autumn.
Here are a few January winter photos: the San Francisco Peaks, Ponderosa pine trees, and an osprey nest that I saw here in Northern Arizona.
