Here is a Red-backed Junco, subspecies of the Dark-eyed Junco.
Dark-Eyed Junco’s are Sparrow’s that are ground feeders, eating thistle or millet, under bird feeders, on platform type feeders, or in the wild in tall grass or among evergreen trees. There are various sub-species, here is a Red-Backed Junco here in northern Arizona among a Ponderosa Pine forest area.
