BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK

Here is a pair of Black-Headed Grosbeaks. They come to my feeders for a brief time each summer. They are unique as they are stocky birds with thick bills and vivid colors. These photos are from my backyard bird feeder. The Peep Streaming Bird Feeder   

WALKING AT GRAND CANYON

Here is a female black-headed grosbeak that I saw while walking at the Grand Canyon in northern Arizona. This grosbeak loves trees along canyons and riversides.
