NATURE THERAPY

Look to nature for many reasons. To find comfort, foster positive thoughts, lower stress, anxiety, or depression. To be in and around nature is a way to get fresh air, exercise, and clear the mind. Ways to get some nature therapy… Go for a walk in your neighborhood. Sit in your yard and look around. Gaze out the window. Plant garden vegetables or flowers in pots or in dirt beds outside your doors or windows. Fill your house with plants. Look up at the sky and look down at the ground, what in nature do you see?
