May 14th is World Migratory Bird Day, a day that celebrates the seasonal movement of birds often north and south along flyway between breeding and wintering grounds. It also focuses on the importance of the conservation of birds through agreements, laws, and treaties. Here is a Red-Wing Blackbird that migrates through our area yearly in northern Arizona.
