HAPPY SUMMER

It’s Summer Solstice, go out and get some nature therapy! Here are some flowers from a walk in the woods for #naturetherapy part seven. The flowers are Silvery Lupine, Butter & Eggs, and Western Blue Flag iris.

  1. Here flag irises are very invasive. Next time you see one, feel for a ‘seam’ down the middle of the leaf. That seam is how I tell it’s a ‘flag’.
