NATURE THERAPY

Nature continues to exist and evolve during this SARS CoV-2 pandemic. Nature is important in so many ways. For me it is a source of relaxation, physical activity, mental engagement, and creativity. Look to nature to find comfort. To be in and around nature is a way to get fresh air and to social distance. This can be done from your place of residence. Ways to get some nature therapy… Walk in your neighborhood. Sit in your yard and look around. Gaze out the window. Plant vegetables or flowers in pots or dirt beds outside your doors or windows. Fill your house with plants.
