TWO-BANDED CHECKERED SKIPPER

The Two-Banded Checkered Skipper can normally be found in mountains throughout western Canada and America. This species is one of the earlier butterflies to appear in spring and is seldom found in large numbers. A skipper is a butterfly that flies during the day and have antennae like other butterflies, yet they have thicker bodies like moths. TWO-BANDED CHECKER SKIPPER-1
