Here are some butterflies with predominate orange in their coloring. When watching them notice details, that will really help with identification. Some things to look for include: spots, how many spots, what color spots, shapes or patterns and where they are on the wing, stripes, lines, border colors, if they have tails, or the closed wing pattern vs. the open winged pattern.
