The textures of things always capture my attention. Nooks and crannies of stone, wood, snow, or grasses create interesting shadows to look at, while they are homes, water or food sources to animals, birds, and bugs. All things in nature work together to survive, it seems nature can flourish anywhere, if undisturbed. Here are some winter textures.
