GO HIKING

GOOD MORNING
GOOD MORNING

Go for a hike.  Get off the couch, away from indoor lights, televisions, electronic devices and experience something real. Hiking has many benefits for one’s existence. It’s not only good for your health, but it is also easy, cheap, you get to see some cool stuff, hang out with some awesome people, de-stress from daily life, and maybe learn something new in the natural world. It’s easy, all you have to do it put on foot in front of the other. All ages can go. Your trail can be in the woods, on the beach, in the desert, or climbing a mountain. The only equipment you need to get started are some good walking shoes and a water bottle to carry with you. Of course you can improve your inventory as you go, but you just need those couple of things to go for a 30 minute jaunt. Hiking can be done all year, simply adjust your clothing according to the season and or weather. Hike in the same place and you may notice something different everytime you go, for example seasonal changes, regular birds or various flowers. Go on a different hike every week and see diversity in trees, natural sights of a region, and things beyond your small corner of the world.
